Conflicts in our societies are a natural way of life. It is important therefore to have individuals who have the knowledge of understanding and handling conflicts and the way to fairly and effectively resolve them.
Leaders should have conflict management skills to ensure they have and maintained harmony in their units.
Conflict management is the process of making decisions where different parties have disagreeing views.

BY THE END OF THE TRAINING, LEARNERS WILL BE ABLE TO:
1.Recognize constructive and unconstructive conflicts.
2.Apply different strategies in resolving conflicts.
3.Acquire skills and put them into practice when dealing with conflicts.
4.Understand the three models of resolving conflicts.
5.Come up with an individual plan of action to deal with conflicts back in our setting; communities, churches, schools, Self help groups, camps, companies, social gatherings, etc.
CERTIFICATE COURSE
Once students have completed Registration, Impact Africa Management center will give them access to leaning materials, they will also be assigned to trainers who will walk with them all along. The students will be subjected to a test after every module and a main exam at the end of the course.
There are 3 continuous assessment tests accounting for 30% and the main exam accounting for 70% of the total Marks.

FEE INFORMATION:
The cost of the certificate course is USD 290 which caters for learning materials, course facilitation, transcript and Certificate.
Upon completion, Impact Africa Management Center will send the Certificate and Transcript to the student at no extra charges.
Students enrolling as a Group will be awarded discounted prices.
