The Model Sew4 Bag Sewing System handles Model Sew4 small volume bagging applications; using a versatile, practical, and cost-effective system to sew bags of agricultural seeds, feeds, and other products. Used in combination with our 307 Series Bag Closing Conveyors, the SEW4 System allows a single operator to quickly and easily sew up to 4 bags per minute, in a safe ergonomic manner without the need to lift or handle the filled bags. The system includes an automatic sensor that automatically starts and stops the sewer as bags enter and exit the system, and as they travel down a powered conveyor belt.
